Martyn D. Greenacre
Chairman - Former Chairman,
Europe, SmithKline Beecham
Martyn Greenacre has served as Chairman of the Board of Beijing Med-Pharm since July 2004. Since 2002, Mr. Greenacre has also served as Chairman of Life Mist LLC, a fire suppression equipment company. From 1997 to 2001 Mr. Greenacre served as Chief Executive Officer and director of Delsys Pharmaceutical Corporation, a formulation and drug delivery system company. From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Greenacre served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Zynaxis Inc., a biopharmaceutical company. From 1989 to 1992, Mr. Greenacre was Chairman Europe, SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceutical company. Mr. Greenacre joined Smith Kline & French in 1973, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in its European organization. Mr. Greenacre currently serves as a director of Acusphere, Inc., a drug delivery company, Cephalon Inc., a pharmaceutical company, Curis Inc., a biotechnology company, and Immune Response Corp, a vaccine company.

Jack M. Ferraro
Director - Former Director of
Neuberger Berman
Jack M. Ferraro has served as
one of our directors since February 2004. Mr. Ferraro is
a private investor. From 1979 to 2000, he served as
money manager and partner of Neuberger Berman, LLC, a
public investment advisory firm (subsequently acquired
by Lehman Brothers, Holdings, Inc.). Mr. Ferraro serves
on the Board of Trustees of the Hackley School, the
National Ability Center, and the Utah Committee of the
Sundance Institute, the Advisory Council of Cornell
University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management, the
Board of Directors of the Cayuga MBA Fund, LLC, a $14
million hedge fund managed by students at the Johnson
Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and
the Advisory Board of the Parker Center for Investment
Research at the Johnson Graduate School of Management at
Cornell. He also served as a trustee of Blair Academy
from 1994 to 2000 and of the Neuberger Museum of Art
from 1996 to 1999.

David (Xiao Ying) Gao
Director - CEO, BMP Sunstone
Mr. Gao has served as BMP Sunstone’s Chief Executive Officer
and one of our directors since February 2004. Previously he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Abacus Investments, Ltd., a private wealth management company, from 2003 to 2004. From 1989 to 2002, Mr. Gao held various senior posts at Motorola including Vice President and Director, Integrated Electronic System Sector, Asia-Pacific operation; Motorola Asia Pacific Management Board, Management Board of Motorola Japan Ltd. and Motorola China Management Board.
Mr. Gao holds a BSC in Mechanical Engineering from the Beijing Institute of Technology, a BSC in Mechanical Engineering from Hanover University, Germany, and an M.B.A. from The Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mr. Zhiqiang Han
Director

President Mr. Han has served as BMP Sunstone’s President of China Operations
and one of our directors since February 2008. Mr. Han is the founder of Sunstone (Tangshan) Pharmaceutical Corporation, Ltd. and served as Chairman and General Manager since 1996. From 1993 until1996, Mr. Han served as Managing Director of Tangshan Changrong Pharmaceuticals. Previously, Mr. Han was the Chief EngineerLogistic Dept Head/Assistant to the Plant Director in Tangshan Women and Children Pharmaceutical Manufacturer. Mr. Han serves as Vice President of China Nonprescription Medicine Association; Chairman of Heibei Industry and Economic Union; and Vice President of Hebei Pharmaceutical Industry Association.
Mr. Han has a Bachelor of Science degree from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University and an MBA from Dalian University of Technology.

Frank J. Hollendoner
Director - Doughty Hanson & Co
Frank J. Hollendoner has
served as one of our directors since February 2004. Mr.
Hollendoner is a private investor. From 2000 to 2004,
Mr. Hollendoner served as Chairman of the board of
directors of Dr. Foster, a privately-held healthcare
information systems company. From 1993 to 2002, Mr.
Hollendoner served as Chairman of the board of directors
of Doughty Hanson & Co., a London based investment
company and buy-out firm. Since 1993 he has served as
Chairman of the advisory committee and member of the
investment committee of Doughty Hanson & Co. He has
served as a director of Ionic Fuel Technology, Inc., a
publicly-traded environmental technology company, since
1998. From 1996 to 1998, he served as Chairman of the
board of directors of Norden Pac Industries AB. From
1990 to 1998, Mr. Hollendoner served as Executive
Chairman of the board of directors of Independent Care
Group.

John W. Stakes III, MD
Director - Associate
Neurologist, Massachusetts General Hospital
John W. Stakes III, M.D., has
served as one of our directors since February 2004. Dr.
Stakes has served as an Associate Neurologist at
Massachusetts General Hospital since 1990, as Director,
Massachusetts General Hospital Sleep Disorders
Laboratory, since 1982, and as Director, Specialty Care
Development, Massachusetts General Physicians
Organization, since 1995. He was a member of the
Committee on Continuing Medical Education of the Harvard
Medical School. Dr. Stakes has held a teaching position
at the Harvard Medical School since 1975.

Zhijun Tong
Director - Chairman of Qifa
Mr. Tong has served as one of
our directors since February 2008. He used to work in Beijing municipal government, and keeps very good relationships with relevant divisions there. Mr. Tong Now has served as Chairman of Spain Qifa (investment) Corporation Ltd. since 1997; Chairman of Qifa (Hebei) faming Co., Ltd since 1998; Chairman of Qifa (Liaoning) seeds Center Co., Ltd since 2002; and Vice Chairman/Chairman of Sunstone (Tangshan) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd since 1996.

Albert Yeung
Director - Former Senior
Executive in China for Global Pharmaceutical Companies
including J&J, Xian-Janssen, GSK and BMS
Albert Yeung has served as one of
our directors since August 2006. Mr. Yeung is President
of Albert Yeung & Associates Consulting Co., Ltd. From
April 2003 until December 2003, he was a consultant to
Glaxo SmithKline China Co., Ltd. From December 1997
through March 2003, Mr. Yeung served as Vice President
and General Manager, Tianjin SmithKline & French Co.,
Ltd. He has 30 years working experience in
pharmaceutical marketing and management both in ethical
and consumer medicine fields in China and Hong Kong. Mr.
Yeung is a co-founder and Honorary Chairman of The
Shanghai Psycho-social Rehabilitation Association and
Honorary Member of The Shanghai Chinese Traditional and
Western Medicine Association.

George Bickerstaff
Director - Managing Director, CRT Capital Group LLC
Mr. Bickerstaff has over two decades of experience in corporate finance, public company reporting, and management and strategic planning. He has held senior financial positions in publicly listed companies, including that of Chief Financial Officer of Novartis Pharma AG from 2000 until May 2005. Mr. Bickerstaff is currently a Managing Director at CRT Capital Group LLC. At CRT, he has played key roles in public offerings and domestic and international transactions, including with China-based, U.S. publicly listed companies. Mr. Bickerstaff started his career at General Electric in manufacturing and finance. He subsequently joined The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation where he held various senior finance positions, including Chief Financial Officer of IMS Health. Additionally, he serves on the boards of directors of Oracle Healthcare Acquisition Corporation (OTCBB: OHAQ) and Vion Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: VION). He is also on the board of directors and audit committee of the GAVI Alliance for Vaccines & Immunization Fund, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland.
